Exchange or Return Procedure

I received my product, but I did not like it and I want to change it. How do I do?

The PEIXE AMARELO wants you to feel comfortable buying from us and for this you have created an Exchange Policy to serve you in case something does not go well.

If the product received does not conform to the requested specifications, within a period of seven days after receipt of the merchandise, you can return it following the step sehuintes:

1. Send an email to contato@peixeamarelo.com.br informing the order number, product description and payment method;

2. You will receive an email with the authorization to post by email within 48 hours.

3. Pack the goods using a box or mail envelope. Go to any post office store and deliver the product and postage authorization.

 

Important

- The exchanges of the products can be requested only once. If the customer is not satisfied with the product of the exchange,

the same can return and will only be indemnified;

- You should bring your wrapped products to the post office. We do not provide packaging, but you can reuse the envelope / carton that received your order, or ship in a carton.

- The deadline for the goods to arrive at the company can take up to 15 days, after posting at the post office.

- It is very important that you inform on the exchange page exactly what you will return. We will not indemnify non-discriminated items in the online form or contact with the SAC.

 

Defective Product Exchanges

- If the product shows a defect that is not perceived at the time of receipt, you can contact the company through the Call Center within 90 days after receipt and request a return.

- The restitution of the values ​​or the exchange of defective products will only be processed upon receipt and analysis of the conditions of the same (s). This analysis will be done by the Product Supplier, and it may take up to 30 days for us to obtain a Return Authorization Report.

 

We will not make the exchange, and the products will be returned to the customer in the following situations:

- Absence of defect (not finding the damage indicated by the client).

- Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.

- Evidence of accidental or provoked damage.

- Natural wear due to use.

- Improper cleaning of the product.

- Underwear and socks will be changed as long as they are returned with the label, as well as the paper tag, and inside the original packaging.

- For exchange or indemnification of items in promotion, will be considered the amount effectively paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
